Returns Policy

We DO NOT sell short dated, expired or refurbished products unless explicitly stated. Should you find a short dated, expired or refurbished product in your order which was not stated as such we will REPLACE or REFUND the product. 

The FREE DELIVERY only covers the delivery for the sale and not aftersales services. It also does not cover multiple deliveries for the same sale. Should you find that an appliance is faulty during the warranty or guarantee period we will do our best to accommodate you with a free callout but the policy is for the customer to have it dropped off at our collection point and collect it once repairs are done or a replacement is provided.
